Armani Casa is one of the newest condos to emerge in the unprecedented preconstruction boom in Sunny Isles Beach, official details about this groundbreaking development have only just begun to emerge – and the excitement is already palpable. Following the success of its residences in the famous Burj Khalifa, Armani will apply its world-renowned style to all 250 units in the building, which will be an average of two to four bedrooms and 1,500 to 3,100 square feet. In addition to what will certainly be opulent features and details, each Armani residence will include an innovative east-to-west flow-through plan, oversized balconies for oceanfront and bay views, soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, and much more.
Additionally, the Armani Residences promises to offer a wide range of resort-style amenities, including an elegant oceanfront swimming pool, gorgeously landscaped green spaces, three floors of private cabanas, a full-service treatment spa, a fine-dining establishment, and much more.
