Armani Casa is one of the newest condos to emerge in the unprecedented preconstruction boom in Sunny Isles Beach, official details about this groundbreaking development have only just begun to emerge – and the excitement is already palpable. That’s in no small part due to the Arami Residences being the result of collaboration between two world-famous luxury developers: Gil Dezer of Dezer Development and Jorge Perez of the Related Group.
Aside from their stellar individual track records as powerhouses in luxury real estate, the fusion of these two visionaries’ ideas has proven quite successful, as evidenced by their last cooperative effort to develop the oceanfront Trump Towers, one of the most acclaimed luxury condos located just south of the Armani’s planned site, 18975 Collins Ave. Needless to say, there’s good reason for all the hype.
Scheduled for completion in 2017, the Armani Residences will soar to an incredible 57 stories (the maximum height allowed by local ordnance), making it one of the tallest residential structures in South Florida. The building will feature the sleek and striking designs of world-renowned architect Cesar Pelli, best known locally for his acclaimed work on Miami’s Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, but also responsible for such global icons as the Petronas Towers in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (among the tallest buildings in the world) and the World Financial Center in New York City (located across from the One World Trade Center). It goes without saying that the Armani Residences will be eye-catching, to say the least.
Of course, its interior beauty will no doubt match its exterior thanks to the high-class contributions of Armani, one of the biggest names in fashion and interior design. Following the success of its residences in the famous Burj Khalifa, Armani will apply its world-renowned style to all 250 units in the building, which will be an average of two to four bedrooms and 1,500 to 3,100 square feet. In addition to what will certainly be opulent features and details, each Armani residence will include an innovative east-to-west flow-through plan, oversized balconies for oceanfront and bay views, soaring ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass, and much more.
Additionally, the Armani Residences promises to offer a wide range of resort-style amenities, including an elegant oceanfront swimming pool, gorgeously landscaped green spaces, three floors of private cabanas, a full-service treatment spa, a fine-dining establishment, and much more. Unsurprisingly, living in such splendid luxury will be expensive, with prices starting at $1.4 million and up. It is no doubt a worthy investment.
